• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
• Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customer engagement and conversion
• Set specific marketing strategies to retain existing customers
• Keeping customers updated on the lasted products in order to increase sales
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them
• Conducting business reviews using CRM programs
• Track marketing metrics and trends - conversion rates and web analytics
• Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly
• Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
• Stay updated on CRM and customer loyalty best practices
• Conduct market research to follow trends and competition
