- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customer engagement and conversion
- Set specific marketing strategies to retain existing customers
- Keeping customers updated on the lasted products in order to increase sales
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs
- Track marketing metrics and trends - conversion rates and web analytics
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly
- Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
- Stay updated on CRM and customer loyalty best practices
- Conduct market research to follow trends and competition
