Overview

With the job title of ‘Barista’, you assume responsibility to greet the customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments. You are also responsible for serving all products in a friendly manner as well as educating them about our menus.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develop a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks, and snacks
• Preparing snacks and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving to the customers
• Giving advice on menu choice as required
• Ensure that the counter is kept clean and tidy at all times
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, and preparation as well as the presentation techniques
• Answer customer questions regarding coffee blends, preparation, etc., as well as answer telephone in a courteous and friendly manner
• Sells and serves baked goods to customers
• Respond proactively to prevent customer service situations
• Ensure health, hygiene, and safety policies are adhered to at all times
• Keep equipment operating
• Performs other related work as required

Requirements

• All gender, races, ages between 20-30
• 1 Year experience needed
• Be able to work effectively as a team
